From 9.8.15 –– Feast Frenzy @ The Horror Food Network presents an original!
This one is a two-day
project. First I prepared my veggie
side: freshly made brown rice, then simmered with cut green beans, diced
tomatoes, and chopped cilantro, spiced with garlic and Tabasco. Once finished, let set overnight in the
fridge so everything absorbs the flavor.
On day two, take two small chicken breasts, slice into strips, and
marinate for 2-hours in a blend of hickory sauce and Tabasco. When ready, spice further with garlic &
oregano, and grill on the Nu Wave Oven, along with a slice of red onion
sprinkled with cinnamon. Plate that
great stuff and devour! It was very
delicious!
