After a brief hiatus (to
struggle through some of life's fun), I make a triumphant return to Feast
Frenzy @ The Horror Food Network!
Tonight I grilled
wild-caught Atlantic salmon on the Nu Wave Oven, spiced with garlic, oregano,
and crushed red pepper. Also grilled is
a large Anaheim pepper dusted with red and cayenne pepper. The side is organic black beans with diced
red onions & sweet red bell peppers and sprinkled with shredded cheddar.
Garnishes are a line of black olives and a pepperoncini for that extra kick. Delicious and excellent for clearing the sinuses!
