Ahhhhhhh, time...ageless and quite vintage...at times––even hip and cool, when the time is right  For some reason I felt a story in these clocks that needed to be written.  And I wanted them to come home with me.   I saw this excellent art-clock at a vintage shop back on Jan. 3, 2015 (think I was visiting the parents for Xmas)––I finally bothered to get the pics off my crappy flip/text phone.

SORRY I HAVEN'T WRITTEN, BUT I JUST WASHED MY PEN...

A beauty from romantic interest,
The thought of love, and love became estranged.
Then the words of love became obsessed.

Surrounded by the troubled, by the thieving,
Confused and bruised and poisoned by the master,
Confused and blinded by the helpless scheming,
Confused and blinded by the dreadful slander…

Hahahahahaha! Hmmmmmmm...ok. I'm very Christmasy now. Happy little bears and snowmen––that's me! Fractured evil peeking in on a perfect snow globe world. I think I see a blizzard approaching. A bitter storm of imbalance. Until then, enjoy the angelic snow that brings more warmth to the heart than chill, my little snow globe friends.

A VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING To One & All!!!!

Hope everyone can enjoy this day of great food, relaxation, turkey-coma naps, super-fattening desserts, high spirits, loved ones, movies, music, sports (if you really must), and all that is good about life. As for the remainder of the world...you're welcome to celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday with us mean ol' Americans too. But keep an eye out for Zombie Turkeys––they are out there. And where you least expect them.

THANKSGIVING TABLE 2017! Mom has done another amazing job! Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, mac'n'cheese (at Dad's insistence), and gravy are all heating up in the oven. Can't wait to eat!

Of all the creatures in the world, birds seem to epitomize thought, mystery, peace, adventure, and beauty both dark and bright––to me they seem to harbor the greatest part of our souls that we, as humans, are forever trying to capture and hold onto.  For we are forever trying to take flight.  Whether it be into the boundless inner-space of our imaginations or the vast universe we call outer space.––C.A.B.
