After grabbing another amazing burger at CHARLIE'S in downtown
Rockwall, the parents and I "finally" tried out the new ice cream
hot-spot on the square: CHILLS 360! 
For weeks after it opened you could not get in the place without
waiting in a line down the street. After ordering up and watching them
personally make my frozen treat––the OREO COOKIE MONSTER––I have to
admit I was blown away. Handmade on a cold steel slab––a bit macabre, that–– but sooooooo
delicious!
