Now…journalists are on the inside protecting the establishment. Protecting the system. What does that tell you has happened to the media? What does that tell you has happened to the profession of journalism? To me it suggests that journalism has become the propaganda wing of the corporate state machine. Expressing, espousing, promoting opinions that are beneficial to establishment power. Never promoting descent. Today the ‘descent’ may not please you. Tomorrow it might be your ‘descent’ that’s being shut down.”
