Being that Dad took a weekend off from work for a change, we've been on a bit of a restaurant spree, ending up for dinner tonight at one of our favorite Mexican eateries, ABUELO'S.

Over in Plano, we don't get to ABUELO'S often but when we do, it's always excellent. Also, the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, along with 3 types of salsa and offering PAPAS as a substitute for rice, a Mexican style of mashed potatoes that is sinfully a bit of heaven.
