FISHING FOR AVOCADOS! –– C.A. BROADSTONE on FILMMAKING, WRITING, MUSIC, and Other Things BCP!

This eatery was new for us and, after trying it out last night for dinner, comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

CHARLIE'S BURGERS & STREET TACOS (Rockwall, TX)!

We accidentally were given someone's "starter" of CHICHARRONES (which are excellent fried pork rinds, with red and green salsa)––but we had ordered the CHIPS & SALAS and found it to be some of the best chips we'd ever had (a smokey unique flavor that was addicting).
We all then had the CHARLIE'S BURGER (sharp cheddar cheese, pickle, red onion, smoked dried tomato, roasted garlic aioli) and let me tell you, it was amazing and flavorful (Paul D. Marks you'd love this one). We also tried their ONION RINGS which were truly out of this world, reminding us of THE SPLIT-T burger restaurant that we used to frequent when we lived in Oklahoma City (some 45 years ago now).
