From 7.15.15 –– Going Green for Feast Frenzy @ The Horror Food Network! 3:)

Abandoning the tortilla for this healthy and delicious wrap, I knocked 19g of carbs right out of my lunch.  A fantastic tortilla substitute is a giant collard green leaf smeared with spicy brown mustard.  Filling the wrap is a bed of extra sharp cheddar, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Topping the stack is fresh chicken salad (made with diced red onion, red & green bell peppers, jalapenos, and pepperoncinis, mixed with Smart Balance Omega-3 mayo then spiced with Tapatio hot sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, and rosemary).  The sides: radishes, black olives, baby carrots, pepperoncinis, and Fritos 50%-less sodium chips.  Excellent! 3:)
